A home is a basic need and a foundation for family security. Documented activities include building homes for families in need and securing housing for an orphaned family. Photographs in the report show examples of these interventions. In Tirana, the report documents the renovation of a home for a six-member orphaned family, including kitchen furnishing, floor tiling, door installation and completion of the bathroom.
Why it matters
A suitable place to live can bring greater peace of mind to parents and better conditions for children. Housing support aims to reduce one of the biggest sources of uncertainty in everyday life.
